I have never seen such wonderful frump!

and after much waiting...she posts...

It's 4 weeks into school and I'm already overloaded with homework. I look at the bottom right side of my computer and realize its ten o'clock at night. I have literally spent twelve hours of my Sunday doing homework. The floor of my bedroom is covered in costume concepts for "Pride and Prejudice", my teacher's random costume designs (about 30 of them) that we're expected to paint in full by this coming Friday. Somewhere amongst the costumes I can see the layer underneath that has my floor plan and random sketches of furniture for my set plan. My futon is unrecognizable, covered in about 4 feet of clothes, and it’s nearly impossible to tell which are clean and which are dirty. I sigh wondering what on earth I’ll be wearing tomorrow for my 9 hour day with no breaks (8:30-5:30). After about 30 seconds I realize that I don’t care. The semester has jumped on top of me and begun to ride me hard (*insert naughty innuendo here*).

But in all seriousness, production has already started for the final play of the year which so happens to be the 1960s musical “Hair”. It’s been one of my favourite rock musicals and I’m quite excited. The cast can apparently sing, the set designer, who is a hilarious stoner (how fitting) has a “vision” and the costume designer has pulled stuff out of her wardrobe!
