My alarm clock suffered much abuse this morning!

Recently, I have noticed that quite a few of us have been lacking what most like to call, INSPIRATION. Well, I say that I have a story, though it may not be the prime in "blog material" it is a story.

It began last night I suppose when I fell asleep without setting my alarm. This would usually result in me waking up at 8 o'clock or so, panicking on how I'd get to school in 10 minutes. This morning however this wasn't the case. I woke up at 10:30 or so, not to my younger siblings running around the house, but catchy pop music. Being have asleep and quite out of it, I reached above and began to slap my alarm clock around with my arm, limply and unsucssefully, not only because I wasn't hitting any buttons, but also because my radio wasn't on! It took me awhile to lower my arm back on my bed and realize that it was the TV in my living room that was singing something along the lines of " Is this sound high? Or is it low?" I shook myself awake, sat up and swore at the alarm clock that was flashing 10:45am at me in bright red.

I forced myself out of bed and walked into the kitchen groggy and still mad. I walked in to find my dad eating his bagel and cream cheese over his newspaper swaying in his chair to a song (that has totally escaped me at the moment). He looked up, shocked as though I were a childhood fantasy character and was standing with a gun at his head (mixed feelings of confusion, amusment and panick). "Your still here?!?!" my dad spit out bits of bagel over his spread out newspaper. "Ya..."I dragged myself over to the coffee pot which lay on the counter practically inviting me to chug it all down black. "What happened?" my dad said, reaching over to turn down the radio. "I dunno..." I lied knowing full well that I'd jumped into bed without turning on the alarm. "Does mom know?" he practically whispered. "I dunno...where is she anyway?" "Work...I think...or school...ok...out! She's out!" I wandered out of the kitchen to leave my father to what he was doing before, carrying with me a piece of birthday cake and a large mug of hot coffee. As I moved into the living room, it dawned on me that the pop music was still playing. My 1 and a half year old sister was sitting wit her teddy bear in her lap staring like a hypnosis victum at the children's television show before her. My five year old brother was attempting to, what I would guess as, dancing. I lowered myself into my comfy chair still not looking at the TV. When I'd finally moved my bottom into a comfortable enough position I looked up only to jump up a second later. What was on the television you may ask?

The Doodlebops.

Yes my friends, these were the culprets of the catchy pop music that had awaken me this morning. 3 different colored, VERY cheery 20 year olds dressed up as...well....doodlebops I suppose. Granted they can sing, and granted I will be humming their songs for the next week or so, but...I don't even know how to portray my feelings and emotions to this newly founded kids show. First of all, I would love to say that I pity all three of these...um...doodlebops, but I can't. They look much to happy to deserve pity. But...LMAO...just look at their picture one for time. *giggle*

post people

For the past several days, I have been doing my daily internet check ups. Now here is my complaint. I'm going to jump right in and say it. Ready? Wanna here it? Read it? WTV! Here it is...WHY IS NO ONE WRITING ON THEIR BLOGS ANYMORE???? You know who I'm talking about...*ehem* Jems, Kyle, Kayla, Cassie...etc. And then there are those of you who should start writing. *ehem* Pat, Seb...etc. Now I know you all have your excuses ("I'm running for school president!" "I have to much homework." "I'm lazy!") But dang it all...I need some reading material! lol...alright alright then...that's the extent of my post aujour'dui
